NYC Flag Football is an extension of Ultimate Rec, a sports league founded on the principle of Fitness Through Athletics. We host soccer, ultimate frisbee, and softball leagues in NYC and Hoboken. Due to a deep need in New York City for men's flag football, we launched a league in Winer of 2010. Our current rule set is a no contact format of 7v7 men's football that follows the rule sets of most universities. We hope to soon launch a league that incorporates contact blocking.
